The Windmill Cafe is an absolute gem in Dubuque! The vibe here is perfect for studying or getting work done, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Their treats are delicious and straight from NYC, adding a unique touch you won’t find anywhere else. I love that they have open mic nights and are open late, making it a great spot to hang out any time of day. Plus, the fact that everything you see is for sale in their gift shop is such a cool idea. Highly recommend checking it out!

I have visited this establishment many times I highly recommend you check it out. It is my favorite place in dubuque to hang out and chill. The owner is a straight G as well, he is very hospitable.
