The White Birch Inn B & B

A pleasant and relaxing weekend stay. All the rooms are attractive and unique with glass shower doors in the rooms I saw. Plenty of snacks available in the dining area all day and night makes you feel more than at home. I only wish I'd brought some paper cups for the always availavle tea and coffee as I don't like to leave cups to be washed. The highlight of the stay was meeting Rozlyn, the innkeeper. A pleasure to talk to and a treat to eat her scrumptious and filling breakfast featuring her homemade hungryman french toast. Find a reason to come and you'll want to come back often. We found this adorable bed and breakfast when we were looking for a place to stay for a weekend trip to Ricketts Glen State Park. The room was easy to access after hours and it clean and quaint; we loved the decor. Easy to reach the owners but there was nothing additional we needed. The breakfast was amazing! We will definitely come here when in the area.

The check-in was contactless and effortless thanks to previous contact via text with check in details. Receiving a personal text also meant I had contact information in case of unforeseen circumstances, which I appreciated. The entry room was welcoming with fresh cupcakes, coffee and tea. The sleeping room was clean and comfortable - and quiet. My room faced the street and there was no traffic noise on a Friday or Saturday night. And although it was a full house when I stayed, I barely heard the other guests. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented by our hostess, Roslyn. She had even asked via text if there were any allergies or food preferences to take into account. It was a lovely stay and I will certainly return when I'm in the area.

We stayed in the Ivy room, first floor with a queen bed and queen pull out sofa bed. |I'm a housekeeper at a local Bed and Breakfast where I'm from and know what's important.|We were given instructions for checking inn by text which felt helpful and personalized. The room was ready for us when self checked inn. Roslyn knew ahead of time that we had to be out before breakfast serving time and still made us an excellent hot to go breakfast that was delivered to our room to start our busy day with the Stuart Tank Museum WWII days, which was only 3 miles away from Test Track!|The bed was comfortable and the hot water made an enjoyable shower! Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are a bit small and dated. No nightstands. Bathroom was tight. Small shower.
