The Weminuche Woodfire Grill

Very much enjoyed our lunch at the grill. The food was delicious. We had the posted lunch special and the soup of the day. For dessert, we had the lemon blueberry crème brûlée. All food was fresh and tasty. The bread was pillowy soft with a slight crunch on the outside and the prime rib cheesesteak was tender and seasoned well. The cheese sauce (made with blended cheeses) and peppers were tangy and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!

The best restaurant in the Vallecito area, The Weminuche Woodfire Grill serves up tasty food, friendly service, and stunning views. I recommend any of the burgers or pizzas! (so good, my family went twice while on our recent vacation!)

We made reservations for New Year’s Eve dinner for 6. They had a live band and the place was popping. Considering how busy there were the service and delicious food came out quick. Our group ordered several things and they were all polished off our plates 😆 Pork schnitzel Steak medallion Margarita pizza Shrimp cocktail Spicy Hawaiian pizza Strawberry desert Cheesecake I personally absolutely loved the shrimp cocktail very good. The pizza crust was perfection.

Spot on! Tonight had pizza, wings, and artichoke dip. Pizza was delicious, the wings were great and as always, the artichoke dip amazing! Game was on and played some pool and love that they left the Christmas lights up. Our Server Skyler was awesome. Attentive, got everything right and was happy!!

We came across this place after trekking around Vallecito Lake. It was perfect! We sat outside which has a great Mountain View. We even caught a DOUBLE RAINBOW 🌈
