I’ve been coming to this UPS Store in Wildomar (Clinton Keith Village Plaza) lately, and the service is consistently outstanding. ​Shipping and logistics can usually be a headache, but the team here makes it look easy. They are efficient, professional, and—most importantly—incredibly helpful. Whether I’m dropping off a quick Amazon return or shipping out something more complex, they handle everything with a great attitude. ​As someone who values respect and efficiency, I really appreciate the way this location is run. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. It is easily the best shipping experience in the area. ​If you need a reliable spot for shipping, notary services, or printing, I highly recommend this location. Great people and great service!

Services are great and convenient. Most everyone has been friendly and patient with answering questions etc HOWEVER, there is one woman who is definitely not friendly, no greetings and has a surly attitude just short of being rude as if you should know as much as she does about the Services offered there. I'm an older veteran and suffer from impaired cognitive issues due to a traumatic brain injury and feel demeaned and ignorant from her reaction if I don't keep up with her or have to ask a question. Except for her, I would have given 5 🌟 s

Went in to get shipping bags. It's so much cheaper than boxing up my quilts to mail. Plus I asked him if they had the collapsible airbags that I use so I condense the quilts down. No they do not carry them. I have to order them online

Whoever the woman with short blonde hair is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I am a personal assistant who returns packages for my boss and she has pretty much accused me of lying because I have to bring an Amazon return QR code printed out on a piece of paper because I don't have access to my boss's Amazon account. I will honestly drive out further from my job to avoid this location when I need to make returns now. Everyone else is nice. This woman needs a reality check.

Abraham is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We use him for all of our trips-folds, checklists and door hangers. We will be ordering some yard signs and other marketing materials.
