The gentleman was focused efficient friendly he seemed like a hard-working gentleman and I could see him doing quite well even if there's a lot of people he seems to get the job done very quickly I've been to the store many times and it's very efficient I love this particular UPS Store
I am very disappointed with the delivery service. The driver did not call or ring the doorbell, even though I left a note at the door with clear instructions. I missed two delivery attempts because of this. Please provide feedback to improve service quality.
They lost a package containing $137.93 worth of merchandise and seemed quite confused. They were not helpful.
