The UPS Store

This UPS location is the BEST! They are super helpful and nice. They make things very easy to return. I have never had any problem finding parking, and it's right outside the store, so it's great not to have to carry my boxes far. The employees have always been very prompt and efficient with drama free service. This is definitely the best UPS around.

Two “lost” / stolen packages! First package a year ago was supposedly given to a wrong customer. Was a Christmas gift. No call back from manager after multiple attempts to contact. No help to track or find. Their issues became my problem. No signature tracking of recipients. Today, the second package which was also a Christmas gift was missing. I have photo proof from the shipper of delivery. Employees “searched” the store and can’t seem to find it. One employee was very defensive, another was trying to help but admitted they didn’t have any training for this sort of thing and that there is no security for the packages. Said they weren’t paid enough. “Manager” was on the phone but didn’t want to talk. Asked him to call me and left my number. Employees dismissed it all and said “file a cl

Indigo was waiting on me and he was extremely rude. He would not give me a dollar bill. He gave me 99 cents. I asked him if I gave him another penny could he give me a dollar bill. He told me that the transaction was over. Entitled, snotty kid!

Had a great experience at this UPS location. Manny was super friendly, professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to help with my shipments. Highly recommend this spot - shoutout to Manny!

According to store employees, this store does not have wifi. I could not email a file that I needed wifi to access in order to have it printed by them, and as a result spend my money there.
