Hands down the best and only place I will ever go to sent a package... Not only is the store Clean it smells nice they have a wide selection of things for all you shipping needs. But the cherry on top is the service. I have never met such a nice and friendly work that will go out of her way to help you to get your package to where it needs to go... thank you... 10star 🌟 location

DONT DESERVE NO STARS!! UPS employee VIOLA tried it: lied about services, sent me on a wild goose chase, then locked the door early. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a UPS employee. This worker, Viola, was rude, unprofessional, and straight-up disrespectful from the jump. Receipts (literally): Last week, Viola herself mailed a letter for me I have the receipt to prove it. Today (08/07/25): I went back to mail another letter. She looks me dead in the face and says UPS “does not mail out letters” and they’re “a shipping company.” I told her I was here last week and she mailed my letter. Suddenly, she flips it to “we don’t have any envelopes” and tells me to leave and go buy one at a store. I left because I needed to get this letter out immediately. It was 5

I've never had any problems with the service, but navigating the parking lot without busting an axle is a real challenge. I was told by one of the gals that works there that the property is owned by the state of Louisiana, so I guess it will never be fixed.

Very helpful and efficient, although through traffic was consistent no one was ever left waiting. Great job guys!

The UPS store in Bayou Vista, Louisiana is great! Great location. My problem is not with the store itself but with the parking lot! The owner of the building needs to fix the parking lot ASAP!!! It's been neglected too long! Someone's car is going to get broken in that parking lot, it's horrible!
