Clueless and rude employees. I truly dread coming to ups. I showed up, sent them what I needed printed. The overwhelmed lady tried to help me print the pages. She was having trouble. Had someone help her. I asked her what packaging should I use based on the label. She rudely explained that the label does not pay for packaging. I explained that I was just checking because all locations are different it seems. She rudely explained that she owns and runs 2 stores and that they don’t run that way. “The label isn’t shipping” she kept reiterating. I took a deep breath and tried explaining again, that some stores, they provide one of the cheaper envelopes. She looked at the label again and goes, “oooooo it says 2 day”, and pulls out the envelope I was expecting to use for free. I said great thank
This is the friendliest and most helpful UPS store I’ve ever been to. I travel for my profession so I’ve had to ship many items and I do not dread going here. The staff is quick, knowledgeable, and so kind. I highly recommend this store even if you have to drive a bit.
I just returned several items from Old Navy using Happy Returns. A young gentleman named Noah was so kind and patient because I had four different return codes, But, the Old Navy app did not show which items matched those codes. Patiently, he would scan each code and we figured out what pajamas matched each code. What a great smile and what a SUPER asset to the store! Wow, keep it up Noah! **I need to add that I also have a disability, and he was kind enough to get me a chair when I was struggling to stand through the process. What a kind soul!
Very bad customer service. The owner neglects and looks down on customers. It might be because I am an Asian. My story is this since the owner replied to my review already. 30 minutes(I said 20 to the owner, but it was 30 minutes) after the return scan, it still said it needs to be scanned. So, I went to the store to make sure they did the scan properly. The owner thought I was there because I didn't get my money back from Amazon yet. The reason I went back to rhe store was I had a bad experience a month ago. At that time, I didn't get the scan update on my Amazon acct for a whole day, so I went back and found my package sitting on the counter because they didn't scan properly. Edit to their reply: Amazon literally says I don't need a label or box. That is the choice I chose. I didn't choose box and label. This location sucks. In the past I've taken packages they said needed a box to other ups stores and they shipped it like they were supposed to without a box. This location steals your money. Go to another one. Amazon really needs to stop using this ups or at least this location. I swear this is the ONLY location where they lie and say I need a box when Amazon says I don't. Every time, I go here and Amazon says I don't need a box to return, they say otherwise. They're stealing money from customers. I'll just keep going to kohl's or other locations then. Sad I can't use the one near my house because they don't follow their shipping partners rules
