The UPS Store

Didn't even want to use UPS but thats what T-mobile had to go through. Ordered a week ago and it was supposed to arrive within two days. Multiple days of next to zero communication, and when its finally close, the facility is having constant "emergencies" and refuse to let me go in person to collect MY package. Absolutely pathetic. Person over the phone didn't help as they were very dismissive and obviously wanted to get it over with. There's a reason why this company is dying, and it can't come soon enough.

Excellent service! The line was 9 ppl long but we were at the desk in as many minutes! Great friendly staff helped us save money by recommending packing-materials and where buy them to DIY pack our stuff and avoid packing fees.

We sent out a package through the UPS store and the package was damaged. I contacted UPS and they told me the claim had to be made through the UPS store. I contacted the manager Curtis to file the claim. I keep calling the UPS store to find out the status of the claim and no one calls me back. this issue has been going on since July 2025 with no resolution at this time

I will only do my Amazon returns here, UPS can get done in 1 minute what takes Staples 15+ minutes. It’s definitely worth the extra drive!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it is a tiny store and they are often super busy so it crowds easily.
