The UPS Store

I love the location, but I hate my lungs and nose have to pay the price for it. Every single time I walk in here, I feel like I’m stepping inside a giant, stale cigarette carton. I’m not sure if the employees are smoking in the back or if the vents are just playing a cruel joke, but the air is completely stagnant and smells like a 1970s bowling alley. I’m honestly about to start driving 8 minutes out of my way to a different store just so I can mail a package without needing a shower afterward. Management, please circulate some air or find the source. This is awful. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Christine Christine Christine was phenomenal. My package that I was waiting for was supposed to be expressed delivery, but it was delayed and scheduled to be delivered the next day. I called the store telling her how important that package was needed and she went above and beyond to make sure I had my package that day. I want to say thank you Christine. I truly appreciate you.

I always get fast, friendly and efficient service every time I use this store from every customer service person I've ever had contact with. Great job!

Every time I go in here Kim is always rude. I bought a padded envelope and taped with clear tape around the edges to return an Amazon item. She tore my envelope saying it would mess up in the conveyor belt. Then made me buy a place sleeve for almost 3 dollars more. I send packages all the time through UPS, Fed ex, and USPS. This lady is always a bad experience and ruins my day.

The customer service, friendliness and all around kind atmosphere is refreshing and also consistent. They have copy and print services as well as the easiest shipping services out there. High recommend!
