Don't go here for printing, it's $0.71 per side for black and white copies. The Daniel Boone Public Library is only $0.10 cents per side, lol. Lovely people, atrocious pricing. Helpful employees don't make up for greedy ownership.

This place is a scam. They try to charge me $15 on a small package. I had to ask if there are any other way to do it, and then they said they could do it for eight dollars if I did it through the US mail. Why didn't they give me the cheaper option upfront? That's just Shady sales tactic. Unbelievable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I paid extra for an overnight delivery worth $120, but my package was never sent to its destination on time. It was delayed by two full days, and when I checked tracking, it was still stuck in Columbia, MO. I went to the store to ask what happened, and the manager (an older gentleman) just said something went wrong at the hub and that he would look into it and email me an update. I even offered to share the screenshots of the emails, but he never responded at all. If I am paying a premium price for express service, I expect the package to be delivered as promised, or at least to receive real communication. Unfortunately, neither happened here. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Sent 5 packages over a week internationally- to management, I have all reciepts and documents. Try to send a 6th a week later and now they dont send international... bit of a joke

I had a deeply sentimental and huge painting that needed to be shipped half way across the country. The only way to do it right was through John's (owner) UPS Store. John explained the entire process including how it would be wrapped and stabilized for shipping. He kept in touch as the painting was in route because he knew how precious it is to me. Yesterday it arrived and the way it was packaged was unbelievable! Something major major major would have had to have happened to cause any issues. It is in great shape thanks to John and his crew. It's one thing to say 'yes, we can ship this'. It's another thing to say 'we know this means something to you, and we'll get it there safely'. Thank you so much for knowing the difference.
