The Twisted Crab

Our visit to Twisted Crab featured the T1 special combo, which offered solid value for ½ lb snow crab, ½ lb shrimp, ½ lb sausage, plus corn and potatoes. The twisted sauce seasoning (all sauces combined) was flavorful; however, the potatoes were slightly overcooked. The primary reason for our four-star rating was the slow and inattentive service, despite three servers being on duty. Upon arrival, we waited at the entrance for a bit until a delivery driver walked past us and was assisted first. We also observed another table waiting to place their order request to move to the bar because no one had serviced them. While the food was enjoyable, we would choose to dine elsewhere due to the service experience today.

Good food but too many young ppl standing around being loud not a relaxing establishment. Our waitress KD was amazing though; funny, attentive, and made great recommendations.

I was craving steamed crabs so I went to Twisted Crab in Hampton. Omg, Noya was my server, friendly, she helped me with my choices and that food came out so fast!!!! 💨 I was in another world while enjoying dinner, she checked on me a few times and then I had to tap out!!! Craving Seafood?????Noya will take GREAT care of you…This pic is my leftovers.

My server was amazing I think her name was Stephanie, my meal was good. I always go on Tuesday for wings being half off. Also they try to decorate lol

We were in town for a conference and decided to check out The Twisted Crab after hearing someone rave about the wings—and they definitely lived up to the hype. We ordered a boil bag and the catfish basket, and everything was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The catfish was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the boil bag had just the right amount of seasoning and spice. Tee, the bartender, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and really made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Great service, great food, and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this spot—it’s absolutely worth a visit.
