The Twelve Oaks Bed and Breakfast

What a beautiful place to stay! As soon as we stepped through the door and saw the beautiful staircase and chandelier, I knew I would love this place. Everything was so clean, well presented and well maintained. I'm pretty easy to please, but I've never come away from a stay feeling as thoroughly satisfied as I did here. I couldn't fault anything. We plan on visiting America again for a coast-to-coast road trip and we will most definitely be coming back. Our experience was made all the better for the staff here. Everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. We'd particularly like to thank Tammie, who was here throughout our stay. Thank you for cooking the most delicious, traditional breakfasts. I can’t begin to describe how amazing it is to stay here, the service is exceptional! The food is excellent and you get to meet other people who are staying there and have wine with snacks everyday. Tammy is such a great host and she will make sure you have everything you need! The rooms are so unique! I had a nice relaxing evening in my tub with a nice facial! The place is also super close to all the restaurants! Literally walking distance! Such a great place to go and disconnect from the city! I would recommend this place over any other!

Hands down the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed! The mansion is absolutely gorgeous! Each room has its own unique charm. Very clean. The hostess Tammie was the best. I’m definitely planning on going back.

My husband and I stayed two nights in Katherine’s Mirror Image room as part of our honeymoon, and our experience at The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional. The property is absolutely stunning, each room is uniquely themed, beautifully maintained, and filled with timeless charm. Our room was both elegant and comfortable, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere for our honeymoon. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding; everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Each morning’s breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and delicious, showcasing the care and detail that make this property so special. The inn’s location is ideal, just a short walk from Covington’s historic main square, making it easy to explore local shops, dining, and attractions. W

My friends and I stayed in the Salvatore Suite for a long weekend stay in "Mystic Fallweus". The suite itself was beautifully decorated and felt like we were in the actual Salvatore house!!! The house itself is decorated right now so beautiful for Christmas. It was cozy, our breakfasts were amazing and all of our needs were met & then some!! Melissa was our Innskeeper and she truly made this experience the best we could have asked for. We can't wait to spread the word and tell everyone about it!! Maybe one day we will be able to make the trip back down.
