This place gets a 5-star review for absolute top-notch service!!! From our host, Jordan to out server Ceazar, they gave top tier service and hospitality. We absolutely loved Ceazar, he made us laugh and gave perfect, honest menu recommendations! We would return just to have him as our server again. Food gets a 4 out of 5 stars. It was just OK - but would recommend trying the chocolate almond bread!! Fun milkshake menu and super fun restaurant atmosphere. We even got to meet the characters

The aesthetic of this place is incredible. I love that they use steampunk gears, and brass. I just love looking at everything in this place. The staff is incredibly kind. Now here comes the problem the food is well designed and it looks incredible, but the taste is like superstore food. like go to Walmart and get a chocolate bar probably taste the same for half the price

We visited The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen for dinner, and the experience felt special from the moment we walked in. The interior is incredibly detailed and immersive. It feels more like a movie set than a restaurant, with unique decor everywhere you look. Even just being inside is part of the experience, and it is worth taking time to look around. We had dinner and also picked up some sweets to take with us. Everything felt thoughtfully done, from the atmosphere to the overall experience. This is a great spot if you are looking for somewhere that feels fun, memorable, and a little out of the ordinary, especially if you enjoy places with strong theming and attention to detail.

This is one of my favorite restaurants at Universal City Walk. It has a really cool atmosphere and good service. The chocolate bread appetizer with salted caramel butter is amazing. Their burgers and fries are really good. And the short rib is very tasty. The one thing that I would definitely not order again was the Monte Cristo sandwich. The fried breading on the outside was terrible. It was very crumbly and had an unappetizing texture. I had the remove most of it just to finish my sandwich. I included before and after pictures for reference. Finally, it is a Universal restaurant so expect high prices. It is definitely worth the experience.

We had a delicious lunch and our server was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. We had the French Onion Soup, the Monte Cristo, and a salad. The Monte Cristo batter tastes like funnel cake! Don’t forget to visit the bakery and pick up some Macrons to take home. Highly recommend!
