The Tie Died Chef

Extremely impressed! I know Eugene has no shortage of excellent food carts and this place is no exception. I’ll very much have to return to try the rest of the menu, but if you had to choose one thing, get the ruben! Best ruben I’ve had, hands down. Perfect pastrami, perfect crunch of the rye, and a very generous amount of quality kraut. Very obviously made by a chef who cares about his food and his customers. Great eats.

It's a food cart, and generally I'm partial to food truck/carts as they often are awesome. The cheeseburger was good, although the sauce on it wasn't my favorite. Steak fries were good but only got a few with my order. Will definitely eat here again.

Came to Eugene for my Daughter's school field trip and decided to have lunch when we were done. Absolutely glad I saw this place when I was looking for places on Google. Hands down one of the best burgers I have had. My fiancee went with the sweet pulled pork sandwich and has been raving about it since we left. Thank you for the great food!

5 stars all around 10/10 recommend! Not only is the food INCREDIBLE, the amount of homemade sauces, sides, batter etc is amazing! The service is impeccable for a one man show and pricing is VERY appropriate, if not under priced to be completely honest. My coworkers and I really enjoy this restaurant and go there often!

The Tie-Dyed Chef is one of my absolute go-to food trucks in Eugene! The burgers and brisket are delicious, and the Reuben sandwich is simply the best in Eugene. Don't even get me started on the milkshakes! And if the scrumptious food wasn't enough, Lonnie is a super friendly and highly accommodating host, not only to his human customers, but he is a true dog lover and can frequently be seen tossing meaty morsels to his canine visitors.
