The Thirsty Armadillo

Cute and unique little coffee shop with an extensive menu. The chai latte was tasty and not overloaded with ice like a lot of coffee shops will do. They also offered to remake it if anything was wrong, but no need, it was exactly what I needed for a long road trip!

Stopped by for a quick coffee and was pleasantly surprised. The latte was well crafted, not overly sweet, and clearly made with care. Relaxed setting and efficient service make it a solid spot to grab a quality drink.

This was a sweet place to stop on my way to Inks Lake from Colorado Bend State Park. The ladies in there were very friendly and sweet and we got to chatting about travelling. The coffee was great and I love the lil sticker on the mouth piece which now lives on my steering wheel. I hope the one who’s going to New York has an excellent time celebrating her friend’s birthday.

This place is so delicious and so charming!! We got a few selections but the Texas pecan iced coffee was INSANE!!! Go here!

Updated review: I’ve been here five times over the last few months trying to redeem them but unfortunately it’s not working out well. The most recent visit I was asking for a suggestion for a “super sweet” energy and all the guy had to say was “well that’s the whole menu” and I stated that strawberry was my favorite flavor but still I’m willing to branch out and he then recommended a strawberries n cream; it tasted terrible. Just like the last five drinks (different each time) I’ve gotten that he specifically has made. So that’s Unfortunate. Original review: They are so kind here. I love the cactus refresher they have, I like to sub watermelon for strawberry and add strawberry boba and/or energy. It’s sweet without being overwhelming and got me into green tea. They also offer a punch card!
