The Theo Thai Bistro

Theo Thai Bistro in Bethpage is an absolute must-visit! From start to finish, the meal was incredible. We started with a variety of appetizers including the coconut butterfly shrimp with sweet chili sauce, chicken satay with their signature peanut sauce, and the Theo sampler with Thai spring rolls, dumplings, shrimp blankets, and fish cakes—all bursting with flavor. The Tom Yum soup with seafood was perfectly balanced, warm, and comforting. For mains, the pad Thai with mixed seafood was insanely flavorful, but the real star of the night was the Massaman curry with rib eye. The broth, rich with southern Thai spices and coconut milk, was outstanding, and the meat literally fell apart in our mouths. This is the best thai place on long island. We come as a family and always have the best experience. The pad see ew (both chicken and beef) are packed with flavor, and the red curry is phenomenal. The mango sticky rice is the best we’ve tried!

My fav food spot. I just wish they could work on their service. They barely pickup the calls and the wait for food is so long now! We go in at our reservation time but get our food 1+ hour later. This has happened 4 times back to back now. I get my food faster via uber eats delivery 🙃

Whenever we have time to visit somewhere in Long Island we always want to eat here. The long drive atleast 30-45 minutes away from queens, is worth it. The food was really good, will be coming back!

Can’t beat the food quality and the service. Great Thai food. The staff is very attentive. They have a great lunch menu and it’s a great value. Soup, appetizers, and main dish for roughly 12 to 15 dollars. Owners are very friendly and the place is very welcoming. Bonus: the place is certified halal!
