The Taco Man

Outstanding barbacoa, al pastor, & carnitas! Even the steak was killer. Tacos, quesadillas, and vampiros are all legit with insane in membrane flavor. Decent margaritas—drink menu has changed with fewer options. Only one mezcal. Cool vibe. And great service. Super clean.

During my time staying in Berthoud, The Taco Man was my absolute favorite for a cheap and super flavorful breakfast. The burritos are genuinely incredible, I’d get the vegetarian breakfast burrito most mornings and it was so filling and always in budget. The tortillas alone are worth a stop.

If there were 6 stars, I would click on all of them. We are from the Denver area and our granddaughter invited us to come up where she lives and try this place. The steak taco with roasted green chillies and cheese added was PHENOMENAL! The Al Pastor was equally deicious! I'm bummed that we have NOTHING that even comes close to the flavor this place is creating!

What a great find. Hugo and his team seem to have the place humming. The quesadillas are awesome. The tacos are fantastic.

Seriously the most amazing steak tacos in the area, maybe all of Colorado. Melt in your mouth, worth every penny, savor every bite tacos. I can not recommend them enough! Chips, queso, and other items are also tasty. But the steak tacos are to die for.
