Terrible Service Experience at Your Facility Let me tell you something — the way I judge a company is by the quality of service it provides. In my case, I delivered to your facility and ended up dealing with a lazy, careless loader who refused to remove the foam from my trailer — foam that was part of your shipment, not mine. I didn’t buy it, I didn’t load it — it was put there to separate loads. But your guy decided he was too lazy to clean it up, drove over it, and left a mess behind. That’s how I judge your company — by how you control and supervise the service you provide. And your loader represents your company. So here’s my conclusion: your company delivers terrible service. Omg my appointment is at 3am they start checking in at 10 I get up there and how u have people working for u that is talking more than work this is crazy I hope I don't come BK here I've only had 2hrs sleep and trying to get some rest but impossible here never again
