May 11, 2025 Sunday We went to TSB as a Mother's Day treat and were truly surprised! We ordered a hamachi kama as an appetizer (was warned it would take around 25 minutes to cook which is pretty standard, not photographed), 3 sushi rolls, and a lunch bento box all to share. The miso soup was lovely (not photographed), I think they use a bit of a higher quality miso than other restaurants. The hamachi kama was cooked well and came out around 20 minutes after it was rung in. Our sushi and bento box did take longer than other sushi restaurants we have been to but it was worth the wait. The Sushi Bar is located near the corner of Northwestern and NW 178th streets in Edmond. Opening hours are 11am to 10pm (Mon to Sat) and 12pm to 9pm (Sun). They have a fair sized indoor seating area and do take-away as well. Menu features a wide range of Japanese speciality dishes including raw dishes, rolls and various platers. Recently had dinner here. The Naughty Girl salmon roll was good. Tuna Tataki and Yellow Tail with hot Korean style sauce (daily special) were both fresh and quite good. Edamame starter was fine as well. Service friendly, prices reasonable. Overall, this was a pretty good meal, recommendable for those who enjoy Japanese cuisine and searching for places to try in Edmond.

Best sushi I have had in Oklahoma, their specials were amazing everything tasted great and was high quality. Great price and a great atmosphere. The our server Evyn was incredible. Never felt rushed nor had to wait too long for anything. Great restaurant

The Sushi Bar in Edmond has quickly become one of our favorite spots for a night out. One of the main reasons is how well they take care of my wife, who has celiac. Every visit, the staff goes out of their way to make sure there’s no cross contamination, and they do it with care and courtesy rather than making it feel like an inconvenience. That kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference and gives us peace of mind when dining out. On top of the excellent service, the food is consistently great. I’m a big fan of their steak and noodles, which are always cooked perfectly with just the right balance of flavor. The sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and never disappoints. This place has potential, but it needs work. The sushi is good but not remarkable. The atmosphere and service The last two times I’ve been there the servers are friendly and helpful, but little things get missed like napkins, plates, and gluten free soy sauce. They had live music on Friday night and the singer had a great voice. But we were seated in the exact opposite corner of the restaurant. We were not asked if we had a preference in regards to proximity to the singer, but this is part of what creates the atmosphere. I do not understand why in a nearly empty restaurant, they wanted to seat us next to The drink station and restroom when the section they were putting us in had one other group seated.
