The Studio

We were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and service here! Plenty of vegan options, cocktails, thc seltzers, dog friendly. We got the meat pies, steak seitan crepes, jerk chick’n, hippie loaf, and jambalaya. Everything was fantastic! The portions were huge, too. Definitely a must if you’re on the island. Especially if you’re vegan as many other restaurants on Hilton Head don’t seem to factor us in.

Great food and great ambiance. It had been a while since I had eaten at The Studio but remembered how good it was. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was looking forward to having Buffalo cauliflower appetizer again. The cauliflower was cooked to a perfect crispness and the buffalo sauce spicy and tangy. Just as I remembered it! I follow a Whole Food Plant Based and I found many things on the menu I could order. I had the 'Steak' & mushroom crepes for an entree which was delicious. My friend had Gulf Red Grouper Fillet topped with Local Shrimp, Parmesan Cheese & Sauce Beurre Blanc which was cooked perfectly. Wow. Our experience was phenomenal. Absolutely recommend for vegan and nonvegans alike. Very unique dishes. We started with the grilled romaine salad and the “meat” hand pies. The salad was great and plentiful but man those meat pies (vegan) were out of this world. I’ll be thinking about those for a while. Then we moved on to the pot’licka and the “steak” and mushroom crepes which were also phenomenal. We were tended to with care and the service was great. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We had our family dinner here while vacationing in Hilton Head. We were so impressed with the numerous vegan options. Not just options, but thoughtful, delicious options. We started with the Buffalo cauliflower which was crispy and not too spicy, just perfect. We ordered the beet hummus and it was refreshing and delicious, the flatbread that came with had so much flavor. The soup dejour is always vegan and the black bean pepper soup tasted like a stew, so hearty. I had the seitan steak and mushroom crepes and split that with my daughter’s Mediterranean Chikun dish, which had some of the best vegan cheese I’ve had. Amazing food, the people are so wonderful. The atmosphere is amazing. Would 100% dine here again! The steak and lamb melts so much flavor into your mouth! The appetizers are so well plated and presented!
