Pricy, but healthy! My wife ordered the Sweet Green Juice, she liked it. Wasn’t too sweet, good morning drink. I got the superfood energy bites with the Purple plant protein smoothie. You can taste the health in this health food. The energy bites are delicious, they taste like a desert more than anything. $30 before tip for these three items, definitely not a cheap spot for breakfast but you get what your pay for.

Sprouts kitchen is a must stop if in the area! I cant’t stop thinking about all of their menu items. While I don’t have any dietary restrictions ALL of their options are vegan and some are even gluten free!! I have visited a handful of times and it has yet to disappoint. Today my sister and I ordered the carrot “lox” bagel, “the works” bagel with some modifications, and the green smoothie. While it may be a little pricey, the ingredients and service will always compensate!

Quiet, calm, clean. A must stop for a healthy, fresh juice, smoothie or snack. Our teen was so overstimulated and this place was exactly what we needed to recharge. The fresh juice was delicious.

Visiting here from Boston. I enjoyed the Carrot “Lox” bagel (gluten free available). It was one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve ever had. They have so many healthy and yummy options here as well as to go option. The staff was also so nice

Hand down the best place for a snack in downtown Saint Augustine. The smoothie bowls, bagels, and smoothies were amazing. So glad I found this place instead of going to any of the tourist traps around the corner. The ingredients are also super fresh. I added ginger to my smoothie and they added actual ginger root instead of just some powder. They also put so much fruit and acai in anything that has those options, and aren't stingy.
