The Smoked Taco

The Smoked Taco, is awesome. American Fork has always been the best! It beats Pleasant Grove and Murray every time. They have better portions, better preparation for the cheese and meats which in turn helps make it look and taste even better. Murray is new and they are still learning, but take from a foodie like me go to AF if you want the best Smoked Taco.

Walked in because we were curious. Saw the prices and thought, “What the heck?!” so ordered only one taco to see if worth the price. Holy guacamole! It was tasty! Thank you NATE for the great recommendation on the first taco. It was filling, delicious, and tortilla stayed in tact. We ended up ordering two more and they too were so tasty! Nate sure knows their menu and what to recommend. A different but tasty taco experience. We will definitely be back!

The salsa is some of the best I’ve ever had, and the elote was also pretty tasty. As for the tacos they were amazing, only thing I think could be better is the lime slice size

This place is delicious. BUT. Just a heads up to the owner. The last two times I’ve been here the product has been terrible. Last time I got it delivered and the bang bang had 0 toppings. Just shrimp and tortilla. Whatever not a big deal. I’m here now and my tacos are cold. They were handed to me and the guac was like straight out of the freezer. Tortillas are cold. They just look sad. You’re wayyyy understaffed and it’s affecting a good product making it not good.

First time trying it and our family loved it. We ate with 6 adults and everyone was a fan! We would definitely come back. This place has great vibes and a fun menu with great tacos! I ordered the Gringo and the Hot Chick. Both were great. The gringo was loaded with brisket and yummy toppings, I would order it again. The hot chick was a unique flavor combo with the corn tortilla, fried chicken, and the hot honey. It wasn’t too spicy, I liked it! I just wish the chicken was a little bigger and more fresh. The churro fries were fun, but nothing too crazy, idk if I’d order them again. We will be coming back. Very fun restaurant, kind of reminds me of Torchy’s tacos.
