The Sipping Squirrel Play Cafe + Protein Bar, LLC

We’ve been bringing our toddler here since he was first crawling and it’s our favorite place to get out and play! All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming and it feels like a family. It’s a great value for how much playtime you can get in a day compared to similar businesses. We’ve been coming since it opened and they are always rotating out toys which keeps it fun and engaging for our kiddo! There are always kid-friendly snacks in stock, and I love the homemade coffee syrup options that really taste fresh. Plus the rotating menu is unique even from other local coffee shops! I’m a mostly stay-at-home mom, so my favorite thing is the great opportunity this gives me to get out and meet other moms. I'm going to start by saying this place is a daily staple for me! I am not a mother but I am a tattoo artist that loves a good matcha and I go here on a daily basis for my fix! I normally order to go because of it being a kids cafe! It can be loud because the kids are busy enjoying themselves and playing in age appropriate areas. This space is made for kids and parents. And although I am not a mother but I like working there, which is easy with good pair of headphones and I can definitely get some work done with the occasional greeting from a curious toddler. Their space is very clean, warm, welcoming, and you can tell the staff care about your kids just as much as their own. The owner, Chandler is amazing and so sweet! There’s lots of activities for kids of all ages under 12. All of the toys encourage imaginative play which is great! Lots of games to choose from too for bigger kids! The protein shakes and coffee options are plentiful and delicious! I love that they’ve partnered with local companies like Cultivate coffee and Stick Boy Bakery so you get to support local small businesses and everything is fresh! It’s a great place to visit for homeschool families!

I usually dont give 5 star reviews, because nothing is 100% perfect, however, I find that the Sipping Squirrel exceeds my expectations 100% of the time. The seasonal coffee/latte offers are amazing. I learned they make their syrups in house!!! The staff is always very sweet and attentive. I dont have young kids anymore, so need for the play area. It always looks clean and fun for the littles. Its the coffee that keeps bringing me back. The only negative is I dont live closer. Keep up the great work SS 🐿☕️

Super cute place that’s close to home! I got the protein coffee and it was pretty yummy but my friends got a regular coffee they said was really good so I’ll be trying that next time. My son loved playing in the space with his friends. I do wish it was more enclosed as they had a free for all in the space but I’m happy it’s super kid friendly and mama was able to sit down and have a conversation!
