The Silo Food Truck

Decided to try Silo after reading some positive reviews. Serving its signature "Haystack", a sandwich filled with Angus beef and lots of mozzarella and lastly drizzled with hash browns bits. Taste was pretty good, a tad salty for my taste bud but love how the soft buns goes perfectly with beef and mozzarella cheese. Definitely a must try if you are visiting Niagara falls.

I would travel around the world every year to come back to the Silo! The food is great but the staff is amazing! I am very proud of these young hard working kids. It is worth going just to experience great customer service ( and food too)!

Absolutely amazing place to eat, service was top tier and food was on a whole different level. The Haystack is just as amazing as it looks. Would definitely come back again!
