The Scone Ranger

I met the Scone Ranger at RFP and chatted with him for several minutes. He is a nice guy who is passionate about the art of scone making. I tried the strawberry rhubarb scone, which was the best scone I've had. I will watch for his stand at farmers markets and look for his scones on the shelves of local coffee shops!

I met David and his wife Evelyn today at the renaissance faire. First off they are the most lovely souls I’ve met and second their scones are amazing they were fresh and I even went back for seconds 😇 Thank you!

I would bet you've never had a scone like this! When the owner's son described them as a combo between a muffin, pancake, scone and cookie, he was dead on. These are soft, moist and flavorful, and our whole family is now addicted, so thanks for that Scone Ranger. Ha! We had lemon blueberry, cranberry orange, huckleberry, peach almond and chai maple nut (or something like that), some were GF and ALL were DELICIOUS! You have to try these.

Wait, lemon and jalapeno scones? Sounds odd. WELL ACTUALLY THEY TURNED OUT TO BE MY FAVORITE THING EVER. If you don't like spice, just get Lemon Blueberry. These scones are literally the best thing ever.

A local bakery that specializes scones. The scone is super moist, delicious and be habit forming. They have a variety of flavors. Although they don't have a physical store they can be found in a lot of local coffee shop. Spokane, WA is lucky to have this local baker.
