We loved the house and patio. We arrived a day after Hurricane Nicole hit St. Augustine. Alex worked very hard to get the patio ready for us to celebrate our son’s wedding. The house was roomy and comfortable, and the patio was beautiful. Shaiffu and Alex were wonderful hosts, keeping us updated about storm issues. I highly recommend the Salty Pineapple!!

What a gem of a place - a home away from home! The Salty Pineapple 🍍 was just delightful with everything you could need for a beach vacation under one roof and more (better than advertised 😉) Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and beautifully decorated with many small, thoughtful touches and amenities that were appreciated. My daughter especially enjoyed the boogie boards and tons of beach equipment and us adults appreciated the bikes and the absolute proximity to the beach! ⛱️ highly recommended 👌🏽 and now definitely my go to for a break in historic St. Augustine! @Shaiffu, thanks for being such a responsive and kind hostess!

We stayed as a work retreat for a three day weekend and it was perfect! So many amenities and things to help make the vacation special and carefree. The backyard is a man incredible oasis for everyone to spend time with one another. The house is so cute and decorated so well. It definitely feels like you are on vacation at the beach! The beach is also just a short walk away which was so nice. The host was so very helpful and very quick to reply to all of my questions. I will definitely be staying again!

Our family has been spending Memorial Day weekend at St. Augustine Beach for 40+ years. We now have adult children and 6 grandkids, all of whom grew up around the ocean, and love the water. We have stayed at numerous facilities over the years, but the grandkids wanted a place where they could all be together and sleep in the same bedroom. The Salty Pineapple was the perfect fit for our extended family of 13 - with room to spare! The back patio is huge and has everything you need to BBQ and relax after diner. The house itself is very comfy, with plenty of room for everyone, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Lots of other local attractions are also within walking distance. Top that off with an owner like Shaiffu, who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is an enjoyable a
