The Salad Bar

Discovered this place yesterday (don't go often to Catskill) and I thought it was great! I got the make your own salad, which had lots of options - all very fresh. And the chipotle ranch dressing is EXCELLENT!!!!! Paired my salad with a bag of onion potato chips and was very happy!! I'll definitely go back.

Stopped in today after seeing this place online. So glad I did. Everything looked fresh and there were a ton of topping options. I created my own salad and ended up choosing many items that I would never even have thought to put on a salad. I went for the upgrade by adding chicken and bacon, but they also have tofu and shrimp. I also grabbed my fiance the Madison sandwhich, which he said was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

The salads here are excellent. Whenever I’m in town I get these for lunch during my work day - super easy to order ahead and pick up. Staff is great!

I like the salad bar place. When they first opened everyone seemed to be very attentive and acknowledging you when entering the store. Lately it has been down the hill with the greeting The owner is an exception-he does greet you everyone else usually ask me if i am ready to order when i have been waiting for them to finish whatever they are doing 🤷‍♀️

Several protein toppings are also available at a very nominal fee. If you have trouble deciding, JJs menu board has great suggestions. Several 👍 sandwiches are also an option. Summer Day bonus: eating our salads and then walking the Main St, and seeing the cats. Go see JJ at The Salad Bar - he's the nicest and friendliest guy in Town.
