The Roastery by Living Millennially

We had such a great experience at The Roastery by Living Millennial! I ordered the iced peppermint mocha, and my husband got the sugar cookie latte with caramel added—both drinks were absolutely delicious and perfectly made. We also grabbed a chocolate chip muffin and an everything bagel, and they were both amazing and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. On top of that, the atmosphere really stood out—the space is super cutesy, colorful, and full of fun, welcoming vibes. This is definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend! ☕✨

Good coffee and muffins. Unique taste fresh roasted. She uses oat milk so lactose intolerant friendly!

There’s many reasons why I take my family down to adorable little Maeystown on any random morning, but what we look forward to more than anything are the conversations with Paige and her lovely team. Sit with your coffee inside and listen to them recommending other stops to make in town, or head down to the picturesque creek out back. You won’t regret spending your morning here.

What a surpise! While visiting the Waterloo, IL Pumpkin festival, I stumbled upon the pop-up. The adorable pop-up camper transformed into a mobile beverage dispenser filled with incredible flavor pairings and friendly servers! I wanted to try every drink! After a couple minutes of pondering, I decided on a chai-der(cold) and a mango tea. The iced tea was so refreshing. I was delighted that I could steep a warm cup later! The Chai-der was the BEST! Perfect combination of flavors...fall in a cup! I have to assume that you'd be delighted and refreshed with any of the other amazing drinks! Do yourself a flavor, order more than 1! Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time. Explore everything!!

Amazing coffee. The baristas are kind and caring. They love their community and sell products that are made local in the shop! Weekly stop for me!
