The Red Bird Hot Chicken & Fries Falls Church

Red Bird was an amazing experience! The staff was super professional, friendly, and made us feel really welcome. Service was quick and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The food was just as great—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had and I’d recommend it to anyone. ❤️❤️

The food is absolutely delicious; however, the service has been consistently disappointing. Over the past few days, there have been multiple mistakes, including missing items and receiving incorrect orders. Tonight, I ordered sandwiches with extra tenders, but instead received sandwiches with extra fries. I truly enjoy the food, but due to these repeated service issues, I won’t be returning.

Red Bird Hot Chicken & Fries is next-level good. The chicken is insanely crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the heat is perfectly balanced—you actually taste the flavor, not just the spice. The fries are seasoned just right and pair perfectly with the chicken (especially with their sauces 👌). Portions are generous, everything comes out hot and fresh, and the quality is consistent every time. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. If you’re a hot chicken fan—or even just love good comfort food—this place is a must. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We tried this place for the first time and it was amazing. The chicken was very nice and crisp. The fries where hot and crunchy yet soft. The side sauces are good but I wish they had more variety of the spicier type. The spicy seasoning could be better but it's still very tasty. The reason behind 4 stars and not 5 is because the chicken rice bowl barely had any chicken in it. More chicken less rice would be ideal. The nuggets looked precooked frozen from a bag. The bathroom was terrible, dirty and gross!!! it was only 12noon, that bathroom shouldn't have been so filthy.

I recently went to The Red Bird and ordered the spicy burger. It was very tasty! The burger had just the right amount of medium-spice to make it taste better without being too spicy. It's a great deal for the price and the taste you get. With its open layout and friendly vibe, the lunch is a great place to grab a casual meal. I really think burger fans should go there!
