The Promenade Waterfront Grill

We couldn’t be happier with the management and amazing service and attention to detail they gave us for our daughter’s engagement dinner . Ania and her staff went above and beyond to make it such a special celebration. They made special signage, gave us our own section of the restaurant and our own server who made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone loved their meals!! Food was outstanding and so was the service!

We ate the breakfast buffet. It's really nice being by the ocean eating. Very beautiful scene. It is a buffet so don't expect top tier. The fresh omelet was the best part. Bacon was good for a buffet. Fruit should be on ice to keep cold during the summer. They were ok but would have been better if colder. The bread selection was nice. Pancakes turned out to be over done and we were there around 930ish. The staff was nice and attentive. The cost of drinks was a bit over the top. Not sure if they would have charged for refills so that makes a difference. Not a wide selection of juices and lack of fine dining coffee. Their coffee is just that, you can have coffee or tea. Don't get fancy. Overall a nice experience and I would take my Italian mother there when she visits.

Great place right on the Shore! Good food, good service. 4% UPCHARGE FOR CREDIT CARD USE. BEWARE!! They close for switch over from breakfast to lunch so check/call hours before your go. We had to wait over 30 mins for them to reopen, they told us to come back at 12. We did and people were already seated and ordering. That was frustrating; but food, service very good. Cute decor! Good for all occasions. Can be casual or dressy. Their French fries were fantastic. They do add a 4% up charge for credit card usage. That fact and the closing down, sending us away, and then letting people in early prevented me from giving 5 stars.

Cameron was a fantastic server, a sweetheart and very attentive. The Caesar salad was great and the scallops with risotto were pretty good, scallops a bit too salty for me overall. The only reason I kept it 4/5 is that the kitchen was really backed up and my actual meal took a very long time. Cameron ended up discounting me a little bit to compensate, (without asking or me even making a fuss about the wait, I wasn’t in a rush) which was very sweet. I’d go again and try out some other meal options. The view and atmosphere is lovely.

Went for an early dinner at The Promenade. Our first visit since it went to new owners. A beautiful day, you can not beat the view from the porch. First, it now requires reservations, and as before, it is still BYOB. This is not a huge issue, but plan ahead as there is nowhere close to purchase wine. We noticed the servers were quite young, likely to this being a new seasonal business. They did fine with our questions. For the appetizer, we ordered Clams Casino. They were delicious but could have been a bit crispier. The waiter also brought out warm bread and butter. Very nice. For dinner, I stayed with clams and ordered Linguini & White Clam Sauce. I had to prompt to get a bowl for shells and a spoon to spool my pasta, but the dish was delicious. My wife ordered Halibut A La Promenade. B
