Really incredible dinner here. The mushroom soup was something I’ll be thinking about for a long time. Really enjoyed the arancini and the salmon was cooked phenomenally. Walked in on a Friday night at 7 and were able to grab a perfect spot at the bar right away. Bartenders were attentive and the food hit the spot. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we had a dinner to remember. Als great back bar.
Beautiful ambience! It truly felt like dining in a cozy historic inn. The live music and service were excellent. Unfortunately, the food fell short: the oven-baked chicken was tough with soggy skin, and the beef tartare was too soft and lemony. The kids’ fried chicken and cornbread were a bright spot. Great for drinks and atmosphere, less so for dinner.
Simple and delicious food. I had the brick chicken which was cooked perfectly and had a nice sauce. The anchovies on the potatoes were a really interesting addition that actually tasted great. Our party also ordered the fried chicken, trout, and a pork belly sandwich that was on special and everyone enjoyed their dish. I also really enjoyed the overall ambiance and decor of the dining room.
Came here last weekend with my girlfriend on our Berkshires leaf peeping adventure. We arrived an hour before close which seemed like the end of a very busy Friday evening. Our server was super friendly and we had the delicious beet appetizer. I had the vermont grass fed burger which was absolutely delicious! I substituted the fries for some fresh greens. My girlfriend started out with the butternut squash soup which was delicious! She had the chicken dish which was amazing!! For desert we had the olive oil cake and a helping of ice cream. We loved everything about this place- The lighting and super cozy farm to table vibe! Hope we can make it back next time on another Berkshires adventure.
Went here for dinner with a group of 7 girls and were greeted by kind and friendly faces. The menu is limited (we were aware ahead of time) but the kitchen was very accommodating to our various dietary restrictions and allergies. We were disappointed to hear that a few of our favorite cocktails were unavailable that night but the substitutions were delish. I love how fresh the food is! Our group was able to try almost everything on the menu and nothing was disappointing except the vegetarian plate (very bland).
