I have only ordered takeout from plum tomato so I can’t review the atmosphere.. But the customer service is AMAZING !! They have the absolute best chicken parm sub hands down !!! Last evening I was running errands ..I got a craving for one of plum tomato’s chicken parm subs I thought hmm I’ll order and pick up on my way home .. I called feeling proud that I wasn’t asking for delivery at 600 pm on a Friday .. i was shocked that even with pick up I was quoted a 40 minute pick up .. The person answering the phone apologized profusely but I just couldn’t wait .. I was exhausted and wanted to get home I unfortunately had to cancel my order .. I ordered from somewhere else and it just didn’t hit the same … I tried again today .. Service was excellent !! I was offered a discount for last nights “

Good local place for pizza. I was surprised at how quickly the food was made. Mozzarella sticks weren’t overly fried and were just heavy enough. Pizza has a thin crust, but could have used a little more sauce. Good option on the east side of Marlborough

We chose to order sweet potato fries from Plum Tomato due to a previous visit they were wonderful. Lately, the fried items are lacking. The sweet potato fries were tough and rubbery and left a coating of grease on the roof of my mouth. We had to toss them away. Either they were fried, gotten cold, then refried, OR they were fried at too low of a temp. Needless to say, it was disappointing and a waste of money. They staff is friendly and the atmosphere, when not too busy, relaxing

Food is always good here! They have a wide variety of pizzas and sandwiches. They also deliver! Never been disappointed
