No trip to Huron, or the area, is complete without at least one stop at The Plains... and if you can get there for the Sunday Caramel Roll - you day will be so much better...
Pretty good food, service was okay, atmosphere was average. Good place to stop and grab a quick bite for breakfast. Never been there for the main meals.
Fab place for breakfast, no small portions! Being a Brit I asked for a bacon sandwich, which seemed to baffle the waitress, but I did get a lovely toasted bacon sandwich. The following day I had a pancake, very nice and definitely no frills.
Wow! That was a good portion of food. Won't go away hungry. Very good food. Really enjoyed it.
This is the most freakin amazing place. I travel 12 hours for vacation and if nothing else works out...it was worth 8t. Friendly, kind service and amazing food. This is just the best...thanks Plains for making my trip even better. Wondering what I had Klazy Omelet
