The Perk

Few places today have a genuine staff but that’s not the case with this establishment. When receiving my drink today 3/11/25 I had the opportunity to speak with the owner he shared with me a brief story about his wife. His gentle compassion was clear and the world needs more places like perk. Places where you feel like the people helping us with things we take for granted on a daily basis have real spirit behind what they do. I can tell he loves and has a deep care for his business and I applaud that. Coffee with substance Thats all I can say!!!

Amazing coffee shop, I've gone at various times of day and the wait is never that long. Coffee and Lotus taste amazing, the baristas are always pleasant and helpful, and the seasonal menus are fun. I recommend the strawberry fields lotus from their summer menu.

Great coffee, great price, but they really should consider prioritizing efficiency a little bit more. While it’s nice to have a good conversation, it’s about a 20 min wait for a 2-car line which is unreasonable. do not come here if you’re on your way to work, you will definitely be late!!
