The Peaceable Kingdom Bed and Breakfast

If you are looking for a place to relax, connecting with nature and animals, this is the perfect place. The host is very kind and provides support with whatever you need, she took us on a tour of the farm, we met all the animals that live there. The farm has a trail that gives access to a stream, the dog will probably accompany you on the trail (she is very friendly) and the kitten will visit you at the cabin door ❤️. The breakfast is wonderful with homemade bread, farm fresh eggs, organic juice and milk. We slept very well, in the early hours of the morning we were woken up by the rooster, but that wasn't a big problem for us, because we were looking to have that experience, and the hostess leaves ear plugs if necessary. We were looking for the perfect family getaway where we could unplug, spend time outside, and be with animals. This place was perfect for us.||Our kids loved spending time with friendly cats, goats, chickens, and peacocks. Our host took us on a tour to introduce us to horses and donkeys. And our kids loved spending time in the field with the mama goats. We also loved time down in the quiet of the forest and the creek.||Accommodations are wonderful. We were provided with fresh eggs from chickens and many other breakfast options (bread, muffins, fruit, cereal)||Accommodations are close to Knoebels. we have stayed at Peaceable Kingdom a few times. It is now the only place we consider when travelling to the area. The accomodations are so comfortable and varied, depending on how many are in your party and the scenery is spectacular! It is close to Knoebel's and Bloomsburg University. The artwork and design ideas make me envious, I'm glad to have found a place that is so relaxing and not the cookie cutter roadside motel. We love the fresh eggs, be sure to ask about them! When we travelled with friends we took the separate cabin which was large enough for 6 of us with room to spare. Otherwise, my favorite is the Peacock Room with the attached bathroom, and the Llama Loft was great for my daughter when her friend came and they wanted to tour the University.

Our family has stayed at the cedar cabin of the Peaceable Kingdom B&B many, many times. The innkeepers are lovely, gracious, and kind, and respectful of guests' privacy. Our first stay followed recommendations from close family, who knew how stressful hotels can be for young children and thought ours might appreciate the lively farm environment. The Peaceable Kingdom B&B is a terrific pied a terre for sporting families visiting the State Game Lands nearby. We recommend it for its informal atmosphere and B&B jewels: from fresh eggs, roaming peacocks, and spacious and (thankfully sturdy) lodgings, to the warm and thoughtful conversation of Gail and Conrad.

This is an absolutely beautiful B&B. As soon as you pull up the landscape is impressive. So many plants and flowers to take in. One of the unique features of this property are the animals you can see while visiting. We're from the city so we don't have that luxury usually. Whether its adults or kids staying everyone will be entertained. ||The accommodations certainly fit the setting. The cabin has so much charm, and enough room for the whole family. We love that it's a separate building and has its own bathroom, and kitchen. The main house also has rooms available which looked very nice. The owners do a great job of taking care of the property. They are also very nice and fun to talk to. When staying in the area for the Bloomsburg Fair, or to go to Knoebels this is the only place we'll
