I do not recommend this paper for publishing legal notices. My office published a notice in this paper in April 2024 for a legal case set to be heard in May. To date, we have not received the publication affidavit or the invoice. We have emailed multiple times over the last 2 months with zero response. We have also called multiple times. The two times we were able to speak with Merlena (in May) we were told she would mail the publication affidavit and invoice. Neither has been received to date. A little communication from them would go a long way, but they appear to no longer be accepting our calls.
