"Our First B&B Experience – and It Was Perfect! This was our very first stay at a bed and breakfast, and the Parrish Grove Inn completely exceeded our expectations! The moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and especially attentive. I had arranged for flowers and a bottle of wine to be waiting in our room upon arrival, it set the perfect tone for our stay. The inn itself is stunning Victorian house built circa 1901, full of character and beautifully renovated with modern comforts. We stayed in the Magnolia Room, which was spacious and super nice: spotless, cozy, with a luxurious king bed, a lovely turret sitting area. Walk-in shower, double sinks and separate vanity. The property is beautifully designed—thoughtful details everywhere, cozy yet elegant, and impeccably clean. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a memorable stay. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. Best of all is the location: steps from Cocoa Village’s shops, restaurants, and river views, yet quiet enough to feel like a true retreat. This B&B is a standout and will quickly become a favorite. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

The Parrish Grove Inn – Cocoa Beach We had the pleasure of staying at The Parrish Grove Inn on their very first day open — what a special experience. This beautifully restored 125-year-old property has been thoughtfully relocated and renovated, and the result is stunning. The building and décor are elegant and welcoming, and the inn feels more like a luxury boutique hotel than a traditional bed and breakfast. The location is perfect — right in town and within walking distance of excellent restaurants, including Cafe Margaux, a wonderful upscale French restaurant. Christy and Bonny have done an incredible job bringing this historic property back to life. We received a very warm welcome from Bonny Belle, the general manager, which set the tone for our stay. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail. The atmosphere is fantastic: warm, welcoming, and full of personality. The refreshed vibe really shines through with the new look, new owner, and new staff—it feels fresh, modern, and inviting while still being cozy. The owner is incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate, and the GM is very efficient, attentive, and on top of everything. Service was seamless from start to finish. And the food… wow. What a treat! This special place is so beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. It is the perfect space for all sorts of events, travel, or a getaway. Each room is unique, the space is inviting and elegant, and the breakfast is stellar! The energy in the house makes you want to cozy up, relax and definitely stay longer!
