The Parkway Cafe

Quickly became my favorite breakfast restaurant. I’ve had two meals here and they were both phenomenal. The tortillas tasted fresh, the flavors were authentic, the service was friendly, serving size was hefty, and the food came out really quickly. Everything I could want from a breakfast spot (:

Very busy breakfast restaurant with a huge menu of American and Mexican cuisine. The braised pork of the Quajillo chamarro was flavorful, tender, and the meat falls right off the bone. The quesabirria taco was filled with a good amount of shredded beef. This breakfast was very filling and delicious.

I dont know about other items, but Get their seasonal special “stuffed acorn squash” now!! It’s perfectly delicious!!! Never had anything like it before. My friend got an omelette and he thought it was good but didn’t stand out.

Great breakfast spot in Boulder! Very friendly service- Perla took great care of us. My husband loves corned beef hash and thought theirs was very classic and delicious! I am a biscuits and gravy fan and it was really good too. Great coffee, great prices- we will be back!

Edit- I’ve been back several times but this time my to-go order was messed up. I did not receive everything I paid for and the dish was missing green chili, which is the main reason I get it. I recommend to double check your order before leaving. Management was quick to fix this which I appreciate. Extremely good! Just found out about this place after living in Boulder for about a year, and I’ll be back often. My new favorite breakfast place, the Mexican hashbrowns and chorizo was amazing, along with both the green and red chili.
