I had a great experience here. The atmosphere was a vibe. The employees are knowledgeable of the menu and offered great suggestions. Food was amazing! I had the The Green Mountain special and it was delectable! Also if you go you must try the spicy mayo!! Yum! There is a store attached where you can buy bakery items, snacks, and taste test cider. Definitely worth a trip! Hope I get to visit again before returning home.

I received the most random recommendation to eat here while at my daughter’s robotics competition in Alamogordo, New Mexico! The man sitting next to me and I struck up a conversation about Vermont (where he lives) and their incredible craft beer scene. I asked if he was familiar with Hill Farmstead and showed him on google maps where it was. He wasn’t, but he told me that if I ever made it out that way, I absolutely had to stop by The Parker Pie Company. Fast-forward a year later, I happened to be exploring New England and decided to take his advice, and I’m so glad I did! Thanks, Bob! The pizza was delicious, but the Maple BBQ wings completely stole the show. Saucy, messy, crispy, and bursting with flavor, just thinking about them now makes my mouth water. My brother suggested this place after a hike. We tried the THE GREEN MOUNTAIN SPECIAL, and it was absolutely delicious! It hit the spot perfectly. They have both indoor and outdoor dining options, so you can choose your preference. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

The only reason why I'm not giving it one star is because the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic. This was one of the worst pizzas I've had in a long time. I got a medium Spicy Scott's Revenge, and it was a greasy soggy mess (no amount of napkins could remove the grease on top). I had two slices before I started feeling ill from the amount of grease on the pizza. I tried it again later and couldn't do it, I ended up just throwing the rest out. Maybe I went on a bad day because this is considered a Vermont gem, but this was not the experience I got. At least the beer list was good.
