The Outdoor Menu

Came here for the first time today and couldn't be more impressed. Great menu, reasonable prices, unmatched service, and a great family atmosphere. Will definitely be back without a doubt. Food was so good i honestly forgot to take pictures before it was devoured.

Where do I even start with The Outdoor Menu?! I moved to Trinity a few months ago and life here is pretty great. Small-town vibe, pine curtain sunsets, friendly faces. However something was missing… (and no, I’m not talking about H-E-B… although I’d sell my left shoe if it meant shaving 30 minutes off my grocery run to Huntsville). What I was really missing was something far more important to my soul, tacos… quesadillas… QUESABIRRIA!!! And not just any Mexican food, I’m talking about the late-night, melt-in-your-mouth, do-a-happy-dance kind of Mexican food. Then I found The Outdoor Menu. And Friends, my life is complete. New outdoor taco truck with a good selection incuding birria & brisket options and fresh, homemade sorbets, Mexican punch & juice drinks, chilled exptic fruits, and straight-forward American options like chili cheese fries, loaded baked potato, chili cheese dogs, sausages, etc. Great, friendly service, covered outdoor seating in an inviting, fenced-in space with toys for the kiddos to keep busy while the adults relax and chat. Good for families, picnics, quick lunch break close to town, or casual group events. I went with 4 friends and it was around $50. Everyone ate til they were stuffed and we took home leftovers. We love this place; the food is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and nice. We love the birria! Birria fries, Birria tacos, and the birria grilled cheese are amazing. Oh, and the homemade ice cream is delicious!

Found this gem off the main road while passing through for work. Great place set up with games (ax throwing, etc.) and music, while your food is made fresh. Authentic Mexican burgers, hotdogs, tacos.
