The Original Steaks and Hoagies - Waunakee

Wow! What can I say? We ordered two sandwiches, one one clastic cheesesteak and one chicken ranch cheesesteak with one order of onion rings and one order of buffalo tots and two small sodas for a total of $39. Now the onion rings alone were $6 and I got five onion rings. I thought that was outrageous. The cheesesteak itself was just okay. Not very moist and the chicken ranch if it wasn't for the ranch dressing was like shoe leather. Just not real impressed for what it was and the quality was just not there. And again, five onion rings are $6

The restaurant is in the gas station. The staff was new and just getting used to the process. I found out about them opening by a banner ad, the add said sandwich, fries and drink for $10. That was not exactly accurate, I did go with the large option and it doubled the price🫤 Overall food was OK and they were friendly, I will go back after they have been open a little longer.

This place flipping ROCKS!!! My go to is the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Original!! Never fails that they are amazing. Sorry I’ve had to wait a little bit for an order but that’s only because they’re busy making other orders!! They make it to exactly how you want!! Not mass production like McDonald’s!!!

Chips of meat the meat is cheap the cheese is cheap off brand slices the Philly cheesesteaks are dry the employees are nasty they use their gloved hands to touch their hair and counters. Please don’t eat this it was the worst’s food ever. A waste of sixty dollars I wanted to return it but the owner was already headed to her VW Atlas after serving dog food

Food is great. It’s a little bit of of an interesting place inside the gas station. But overall great food.
