The Original Pancake House

Perfect for a family breakfast weekend stop! Besides a ton of oancakes, it features a wide variety of menu items, including crepes and a Dutch pancake. The omelet was so fat it took up half the plate. The service was quick and efficient for a weekend. We really enjoyed what we ordered.

The food was okay other than my scrambled eggs with cheese…there was way too much cheese for my liking. It honestly was more cheese than eggs. The inside of the restaurant could use some better cleaning and wiping down of the walls. You could hear the server in the kitchen complaining about their table sending back food and talking about them…not a good look. The service is honestly why the review is so low unfortunately, my server dropped off the food and didn’t come back to check on us until 15 minutes later and I had already walked over to another table and got the ketchup myself that I was going to ask for. I had to eventually ask for another waitress to get my server so I could pay for the bill. The restaurant was not full by any means so I am not sure why the service was slow but I a

This is my first time visiting Baltimore, so my family and I came to do breakfast together. For starters the service started at a 10 and ended with a 10. Late was an amazing hostess. 2nd the food was amazing. I had the southwestern omelette and the serving did not disappoint! The pancakes came out nice and hot. My sister had the Irish Benedict. I did sneak a taste and the cornbeef was cooked perfectly! I’d definitely recommend eating here.

Awesome experience. I avoided going here for a bit because I thought it was going to not be good, but I am so glad I was proved wrong. Marc was our waiter and he did a fantastic job. Every interaction we had was great and the food was beautiful. The Southwestern Omelette was fantastic and the pacakes were very flavorful. Don't hesitate, just go.
