I went there the other day and the fish was banging!!!! The place was empty but the fish was fresh and well seasoned, and not over cooked. Its still one of the best fish spots in the area. Dhall of DC/DMV

The services and food were awful. I ordered bonefish and had to wait for the fish to be thawed out 15 minutes prior to being cooked and received . I drove home and realized that they gave me the wrong order. When I pulled up to the restaurant, I thought the restaurant was closed. However, the employees were on the side of the building getting high. The establishment has gone down hill since it has been brought with new management. Last month, I had a bonefish dinner and the potatoes were undone and being served to customers.

I wish I could give them no stars! I’ve been a loyal customer for decades. Imagine my surprise when I got my piece of croaker that had not been descaled. As soon as I open the box, I called the restaurant and the young lady told me that’s how the fish comes now. I have NEVER been served fish with scales on it. I asked her to let new management know they needed to research how to cook fish and politely let her know they had lost a customer. If that’s how it comes now when I’m spending $20, I don’t need to go back.

If I could give this place a negative 100 stars, I absolutely would. The customer service was appalling, and I’ll be sharing this experience across all my social media platforms so others don’t go through what I did. On October 25th, I called in an order for a pan of whiting around 11:20 a.m. They told me it would be ready by 2:00 p.m. When I arrived, not only was it not ready—the guy hadn’t even started cooking it. When I voiced my frustration, instead of showing any professionalism or accountability, he gave me an attitude. Trying to stay calm, I later called and spoke with a manager who was actually polite and understanding. She listened, apologized, and helped me place the order again. I arranged for an Uber driver to pick it up for me. When the driver arrived, I called several time

8pm on a Thursday. Doors locked and Open signs are on. Google states that it closes at 8:30. I tried calling before 8pm and it went straight to voicemail. I arrived at 8pm and the doors were locked but open signs were on. I could see 2 gentlemen in the kitchen and behind the counter. A female unlocked the door. I shared that "it says you all close at 8:30pm". She responded "Google be lying. We have to be out of here at 8:30pm". I said "okay, thank you". Weird because I ordered from this location before after 8pm. This isn't the first time having issues with this location though. It seems when it's late evening they always send the phone straight to voicemail. What terrible customer service. I wonder if the owner is aware of these practices.
