The Oasis Drive Thru

Got some hot wings ordered from this place when I got there. I ordered also 100 light cigarettes and I received full flavor then come to find out they burned my food. I was told to wait for about 10 minutes while they made another batch. I said that's fine. Waited half an hour later I call and said where's my food. I was just fixing to bring it out is what the girl told me. I waited another 10 minutes. I finally called again and then she brought it out. I told her this is really bad customer service . I won't be going back there ever if this is the people you hired over me. I'm glad I don't work there

Normally would give a 5 because I go so much but today I got a Frappuccino and it was straight water when I called and told them it was out they did apologize but didn’t offer to replace it at a later time. I even went into how horrible it was and that I was sad lol and all they said was thanks for letting them know . Just might wanna tell them for future to offer a replacement. I’ll still be coming deff won’t order that again tho lol

ordered a half barbecue chicken and half sausage pizza and the whole pizza was barbecue chicken and half of it had sausage thrown on top of the barbecue chicken And the already opened straws is a big health concern

We frequent this store nearly daily. The only concern I have is that, although it is convenient, I feel the straws should not be issued opened it inserted in drink. The virus has multiple ways to end up on a straw when opened and inserted, possibly with less than sufficient hand wash. While I am sure all precautions are attempted, virus can be asymptomatic and employer may even be unaware they are spreading. SM
