The Nettford

My husband and I just moved to Cheyenne 1month ago. We were looking for a place to rent for at least a year to get to know the area. We found a perfect place here at The Nettford! Th place has a cool history and has modern upgrades but still has originality in the wood floors, dormers, doors, framework and even down to the antique doorknobs. Matt is a wonderful landlord and the pride he has in this place that is so rich with history and has been in his family for so many years, really shows in each individual apartment. There is laundry room on site and the rent is affordable and includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Matt presents each apartment as furnished or unfurnished. We chose unfurnished because had our own stuff but I’ve seen the furnished apartments and the presentation

This was a wonderful place to live! I only moved out due to a family emergency on the other side of the country. The owner, Matt, went above and beyond to be helpful, compassionate and understandable! He was all hands-on-deck, rolling up his sleeves to add beauty, character, and updates to the apartments in the building! While there wasn’t assigned parking, very rarely was this an issue!! If I make it back to Cheyenne, I’ll definitely look into moving back to The Netford!

The people and the owners is very in responsibility I be living one year and half and never fixed .the owner promise is going to fix never do it my apartment be #16 is bad the floor in the kitchen sinking the bathroom to is not good I tell the owner went you fixed the apartment I pay completely 2 days later I be kicked out and never give my money back $1,400.00 for the deposit the owner is one person like to liars to much if no have would to believe
