What a charming cozy place! The coffee was great and the blackberry scone was phenomenal! Friendly owner and some unique artwork on some cards for sale. If you’re driving through I’d suggest stopping in and buying a bag of coffee to take home too!
A community anchor and a LOVELY coffee shop. Feels like home, the owner is beyond sweet. The coffee is a local brand that is roasted nearby, and the treats are made fresh everyday. Family friendly...even had a toddler potty seat! Absolute gem!
We felt welcome in town the minute we stepped into the Moose Roost. This is a place with great coffee, a bakery, but above all, a place to connect with people of the community. Thank you so much for everything you’re doing for the Hugo community. And for helping us out when oir campervan got stuck and as foreigners didn’t know who to call. So good! First time there this morning for some iced coffee, yummy brownies and mouth watering raspberry scone! The owners are so so sweet & there’s seating inside! This was so so good I’ll definitely be back!
I was so impressed with the quality of the service. The service was so fast with an affordable price. I was struggling to find a bakery in town, when I got there, all of my problems were resolved in less than 10 minutes. And the cake was so smooth and tasty. That was the best cake I've ever tasted
