The Mighty Colorado Burger

This place was amazing!! The mushroom burger was probably the best burger I've ever had. That truffle aioli, oh my God! Fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly!! The vibe was cool, everyone there was super friendly. Definitely recommend. AND the guy making the burgers bares an uncanny resemblance to Ron Weasley, which makes this place even better in my opinion

Alright, I'm super picky about what constitutes a good veggie burger. Since the debut of faux-meat, I've kissed soggy veggie patty alternatives goodbye. I was apprehensive when I read the reviews on how good the veggie burger is in addition to not knowing what its ingredients. Y'all, I have to say, everyone is right: it's amazing. It's a thin falafel-esque patty that's so crispy, warm, and well complimented by the other flavorful ingredients. The only proper veggie burger I've ever had that I'd happy eat again - and recommend with confidence! Get fries with their interesting sauces, it's well worth it.

The absolute best burger in the Denver metro. We’ve tried them all, and we still come down at least twice a month from Erie just to eat here. The service is always fantastic, better than a lot of restaurants with full service to be honest. Fries are always fresh crispy. They’re consistently kicking the burger games butt, keep it up yall.

Mighty Burger used to be great but quality and consistency have taken a pretty hard downturn. Got two burgers to go tonight and both were barely cooked. Not the first time orders have either been poorly cooked or outright wrong. For nearly $20/burger, this is unacceptable. Customer lost.

The hamburgers were phenomenal. The meat was very juicy, delicious grill smell, very savory and had a kick of spicy 🤤! The atmosphere was energetic, lively and casual.
