The Melting Pot

If I could give this restaurant a zero star I would. Me and my husband were visiting this town on the way to the hospital to get me checked out. At the beginning when we arrived we could feel the tension. We were seated and waited 20 minutes just for the waitress to come to our table and her excuse was she didn't see us. We ordered and got the food after 45 minutes exactly when they're supposed to close. And during this entire time there was a woman there with her bf or husband I'm not sure, but cursing at him and telling him he did this and that and calling him names. He eventually left the table and walked out. Then you have the old waitress talking to her about her sopra story. She was like I told you a long time ago. Not to mention we never received our order of waters. I didn't tip at

Food was good, but I felt as though it was missing a little something-something, or pazazz ✨ Service started off pretty good, but as it was Friday it got kinda busy and to-go orders were popping off and phones were ringing and people coming to pick up orders; we had no check ups on how we or the food was. Usually one check up is all I require, and for the most part I want to be left alone while dining. Atmosphere was great, but maybe there could be some music playing for background noise. Would eat here again.

While we knew this restaurant had a very diverse menu, we decided to try it anyway. The Asian Beef and Broccoli had absolutely no Asian flavor. It was covered in plain brown gravy. The redeeming point was that the vegetables were cooked properly. The Carne Asada was average accompanied by insipid rice and beans. If the menu we more focused perhaps it would have been a better experience. We wish the owners the best.

Discovered this little gem when we moved here. We are hooked on the Chinese food! So reasonable and very fast!
