The Meltdown

I'm from out of town and decided that was the closest thing to what I wanted as far as door dash. (I only door dash when I'm out of town). Mistake. I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon and fries. First off the bread was hard, the chicken was overcooked, and the bacon was literally 4 pieces (2 strips cut in half). I didn't get the ranch I paid for and the fries were absolutely disgusting. Oh and no special requests, my only request was no tomato 🙄) I hate to leave bad reviews but the truth is the truth.

To begin with, it is worrying to know that this place is not actually called what they advertise but rather they are Dennis Restaurant. Second, they are not careful when they ship orders with Doordash. I ordered a combo sandwich but the orange juice never arrived and they obviously charged me for it. First time using this type of product and I think it will be the last. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

This is basically just ordering Denny’s! I thought I found a new spot to try. You might as well just order DENNYS. Although the food was fine, I was completely bamboozled and a marketing gimmick. Do not order unless Dennys is what you are in the mood for

I was today years old when I learned that restaurants catfish people! My family & I just arrived to Miami on vacation. Got checked into our hotel & immediately begin searching for a place to eat that would deliver because we were tired from traveling. We came across The Meltdown, listed on doordash, read the reviews and decided to place an order. How disappointed we were when the delivery guy showed up with Denny's (which I hate)! I ordered the Talking turkey melt which was described to have Turkey, bacon, tomato, provolone cheese, sundried tomato mayo on grilled artisan bread. What I received was a dry sandwich (minus the sundried tomatoe mayo) with poor quality lunch meat & barely melted cheese. Then to add insult to injury, the fries were cold. EXTREMELY disappointed! The Meltdown is VIRTUAL, ON-LINE ONLY!!!! The actual location is a Denny's. You can't order the fantastic sandwiches there in person. Grrrrr
